Popular actress, Ashabi Simple was overwhelmed with emotions as she broke down in tears while passionately praying and pleading with God for mercy on behalf of her husband, Portable. This comes after the Nigerian police officially declared him wanted.
The Nigerian police issued a declaration stating that the musician is now a wanted man. This announcement sent shockwaves across social media, sparking numerous reactions from fans and critics alike.
This comes following reports that he had allegedly assaulted some officials from the Ogun state government.
The singer had reacted to this by begging the government and calling on citizens to intervene on his behalf.
His wife, Ashabi Simple took to her Instagram page to tearfully pray and beg God to show her husband mercy.
“God, please show me your mercy. I can’t even help myself. I am so tired. Please help him for the sake of those he has been good to,” she said in part.
