Sad news has emerged from the Kannywood film industry, revealing the untimely death of renowned film director, Aminu Surajo Bono. Reports indicate that the director passed away on Monday evening, sending shockwaves through the entertainment community.
According to reliable sources, Aminu Surajo Bono collapsed on Monday night, prompting a swift response to rush him to the hospital. Unfortunately, medical professionals pronounced him dead upon his arrival at the medical facility.
In line with Muslim customs, the late director will be laid to rest on Tuesday. The news of Aminu Bono's demise was confirmed by actor Ali Nuhu, who paid tribute to the departed director in an Instagram post on Monday night.
“May God have mercy on Aminu S. Bono and make paradise your final abode,” wrote Ali Nuhu alongside a picture of the late director.
Providing insights into the sudden tragedy, Bangis, a colleague of the deceased director, stated, “He wasn’t sick. We were meant to meet earlier, but after our phone call, I was notified that he collapsed and was transported to the hospital, where physicians confirmed his death.”
Director Bangis further revealed that the funeral rites will take place Tuesday morning, adhering to the traditions of Muslim burials.
